How to order

This is a quick guide to help you with placing your order.

Finding the product you want

Are you looking for a product with a personalised fill? Do you want a branded swing tag, domed lid or digitally printed label.

First select the type of fill you would like for your product from the title bar. This will give you a list of products that you chosen fill can go into.

When you have found the product you think meets your requirements you can add this to your enquiry list.

View Enquiry List

When viewing your enquiry list you can adjust quantities of products or even delete products if you are short listing a few.

You are also given the option to return to shopping.

Finalising your enquiry

Step 1 – Your company details

For us to give you a quote for your enquiry we will need you to enter your company details and your delivery address.

We will also need your telephone number and email address to contact you with your quote.

Step 2 – Enquiry processing

We aim to reply to all enquiries within 24hrs from being requested,

Step 3 - Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation that we have received your enquiry along with a copy of the enquiry.

Step 4 – Receive your quote

We will email you with a quote to suit your brief, if we have any queries we will contact you prior to sending the email.

We operate a Pro-forma invoice policy for your first 3 orders, production of product will not commence until payment is cleared.

Step 5 – Confirming order

Once you have made the decision to place your order we will need your artwork supplied in a print ready PDF format. The dimensions for your artwork can be found on the product page.

We will send a visual proof of artwork for approval before any production commences (unless lead times do not account to approval period)

Step 6 – Delivery of order

We aim to deliver product as close to delivery due dates as possible, operating a 10 day lead time from approval of artwork. Our lead times are around 7-10 working days, but during the busy periods this can become 10-14 days. Please account for this when placing orders.
